It all starts with a phone call.
-Hey Anna, what are you doing tonight?
-Nothing in particular, maybe I walk in Paris as per usual.
-Ok then in 2 hours you take the Eurostar to London where Laetitia Casta will announce the winner of this years Cointreau Creative Crew!

And it’s begun. I’m off for one night of adventure!
With just enough time to pack a small bag and grab a dress, I was off to London for the first time.
I arrive in London with not a minute to spare before the event begins. I leave my luggage at the hotel Café Royal which is one of the loveliest hotels in London and even more perfectly located, right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. I pinch myself and make my way to the party!

Tonight Laetitia Casta and La Maison Cointreau meet with the grand jury to announce the lucky winner of the Cointreau Creative Crew and award them with a check for £20,000. The Cointreau Creative Crew UK is part of a philanthropy program conducted around the world.  It was created to inspire people across all creative fields to follow their passion. The jury is composed of the Artistic Director of Cointreau Laetitia Casta, Valerie Chapoulaud-Floquet Rémy Cointreau, UNESCO Artist for Peace Guila Clara Kessous, CEO Ed Burstell Liberty London and Jo Elvin, editor of the British magazine GLAMOUR. The last ten projects went to winners in a broad range of creative industries such as fashion, film, design, writing. After a couple of hours of eating beautiful food, making my own delicious cocktails, watching creative live performances and admiring the most incredible floral installation that hung from above the winner was announced! The award went to Jessica Benhamou who won the competition with her film Juliet Remembered. Jessica gave a fantastic speech and the party continued well into the night.

London Je t’aime.

Bisous!
Anna
